About me
Who am I? I am a highly creative and dedicated instructional designer with 5 years of experience in developing and delivering engaging curriculum using UDL, Human Centered Design, and various ID Models. Proven ability to design and implement learner-centered lessons, adapt instructional strategies to meet individual needs, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. I am seeking to leverage expertise in curriculum development, learning facilitation, and visual communication to transition into an Instructional Design role and create impactful learning experiences.
Process and Approach
My process and approach place people squarely at the heart of every project. I thrive on close collaboration with stakeholders, learners, and subject matter experts, viewing these partnerships as essential for truly understanding the challenges at hand. By actively listening and employing human-centered design principles alongside elements of participatory action research, I aim to craft learning experiences that are not only effective and elegant but also deeply resonate with the individuals they are designed for. This iterative and collaborative journey ensures that the final learning tools are both intentional and engaging.
